Providing modern day health care to animals can be a costly undertaking and we appreciate that the unexpected can happen. To that end we are happy to offer Pet Insurance Information and we support its concept; however under new government regulations, as it is a financial product, we are unable to assist on various policies.

Our current price lists are freely available and estimates of treatment readily given; however these can only be estimates as by its very nature medical care is unpredictable and the outcome or course of any condition cannot be guaranteed or even predicted in many cases. We aim to discuss costs with clients at every stage allowing informed decisions and consent to be made at every stage. We use informed admission and consent forms which allow estimates to be given, discussed and agreed. We endeavour to discuss all aspects of a patient's progress and prognosis along with treatment costs at any stage. To facilitate this a named veterinary surgeon and veterinary nurse are assigned to every in-patient allowing a personal and direct contact in each case.
